How do I make reservations at the host hotel for the show?

The discounted group rate is no longer available, however there are rooms still available at the Saddlebrook Resort. To reserve your room at the host hotel, please contact the hotel directly and ask for the best available rate.

CHECK IN/OUT POLICY

Check-in at Saddlebrook Resort begins at 5 p.m. ET and check-out is scheduled for 11 a.m. ET Any departures after 11 a.m. ET are subject to a full day charge. Attendees can contact the hotel directly to request a late check-out. Please note that while you can request a late check-out, it is not guaranteed and is extended at the hotel’s discretion.

HOW DO I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY RESERVATION?

To cancel your hotel reservation, call 813-973-1111. Cancellations made prior to 72 hours (prior to 4:00 PM ET) will not be penalized and will receive a full refund of their deposit. Individual attendees will be charged for one night’s room and tax if they cancel within 72 hours of arrival.
