2026 Registration Pricing

Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations must be made in writing and emailed to conference@gie.net. Voicemails will not be accepted. A full refund minus a 10% administrative fee will be issued if the cancellation is received by December 17, 2025. No refunds will be issued after December 17, 2025, or for no-shows. If you cancel your conference registration, your hotel room will no longer qualify for the group rate and may also be cancelled if booked at the host hotel. CDRA Conference & Tradeshow reserves the right to cancel a program due to insufficient registration or instructor emergency. A full refund of registration fees will be issued only if this occurs. Attendees can notify the show at any time that another individual will attend the conference in his or her place.

Substitution Policy:

An attendee can notify the show at any time that another individual will attend the conference in his or her place. At this time, the original attendee's log-in credentials will be deactivated, and new credentials will be sent to the new attendee.

Confirmation Policy:

All confirmations will be sent via e-mail to the primary registrant unless otherwise arranged with conference management.

CDRA Conference & Tradeshow is a business-to-business event only open to trade professionals. Persons under 18 (including infants) are not allowed into the educational sessions, exhibit hall or food functions.

Show management reserves the right to remove or deny admission to anyone deemed a risk to the professional atmosphere of the event, who fails to comply with the rules and regulations of the event or hotel, or for any reason whatsoever. Show management reserves the right to do so without liability for refund of any fees paid or due and without liability for any other damage caused by such action.

Consent for Video/Photography:

Photography, video and/or audio recording may occur at this event. By entering the event premises, attendees consent to being photographed, filmed and/or otherwise recorded and to the release, publication, exhibition and reproduction of any and all recorded media of their appearance, voice and name for any purpose whatsoever. Attendees waive and release any claims related to the use of recorded media captured at the event, including, without limitation, any right to inspect or approve the photo, video or audio recording; any claims for invasion of privacy, violation of the right of publicity, defamation and copyright infringement; or any fees for the use of such recorded media. It is understood all photography, filming and/or recording will be conducted in reliance on this consent, waiver and release.

Suitcasing Policy:

Suitcasing is the act of soliciting business in the aisles during the exhibition or in other public spaces, including another company's booth or a hotel lobby, by non-exhibiting companies. It is the CDRA Conference & Tradeshow show management’s objective to do everything legally possible to protect our exhibitors from suitcasing. We want our exhibitors to know CDRA Conference & Tradeshow is tough on suitcasers and we are vigilant in our efforts to stop them in order to prevent exhibitor unhappiness and show erosion.

Please note that while all meeting attendees are invited to CDRA Conference & Tradeshow, any attendee observed to be soliciting business in the aisles or other public spaces, in another company’s booth or in violation of any portion of the exhibit policies will be asked to leave immediately. Additional penalties may be applied. Please report any violations you may observe to show management.
