Brock Hill is vice president of Premier Recycle Co. in San Jose, California, and has been with the company for 16 years. He is a member of the U.S. Green Building Council’s Materials and Resources Technical Advisory Group and an outspoken proponent of intelligently decreased solid waste regulation.

Holding strong against anti-competitive legislation, Brock’s team was able to take a case to the U.S. Supreme Court on the private property rights of construction and demolition material.

He holds a degree in political science from the University of California, Irvine, and has served as an adviser on hundreds of certified sustainable construction projects across the San Francisco Bay Area.
