David DeVito is vice president of construction and demolition (C&D) recycling operations for ReSource Waste Services, overseeing four C&D processing facilities, a metals recycling operation and a rail transfer facility. He is also involved in developing certified waste-derived products in the New England region.

David has worked in the waste industry for more than 30 years. He began as a heavy equipment operator and mechanic at a municipal solid waste station in the Greater Boston area before partnering with his brother, Stephen. The two later co-owned LL&S Waste Wood, Gateway Scrap Metals and DeVito Trucking.

In 2009, ReEnergy Holdings LLC acquired the company, which later became ReSource Waste Services. David has played a role in the company’s growth since the acquisition.
