Michael Stepic, P.E., brings more than 30 years of experience in civil and environmental engineering. He has served as both a manager and technical lead on the design, permitting and compliant operations of a wide range of multidisciplinary projects.

He has also served as a technical practice leader in waste services, with extensive expertise in coal combustion residuals; solid waste; construction and demolition debris; and residual, industrial and hazardous waste management. His experience also includes surface impoundment closures, landfill redevelopment and addressing challenges at closed landfills.

A recognized educator in his field, he is a certified instructor for the Solid Waste Association of North America, where he teaches courses on construction and demolition debris, manager of landfill operations and transfer station management.
