Randy Wolf is the chief operating officer of the Recycling Certification Institute (RCI). RCI was established to address the growing demand for reliable, transparent reporting on recovery and recycling practices at construction and demolition (C&D) recycling facilities. RCI is built on the National Standard CORR Protocol, the only third-party certification protocol for C&D recycling developed to ISO-level standards.

Randy has more than 50 years of experience in the waste management, recycling and alternative fuels business. His work at recycling plants, landfills and alternative fuel production facilities gives him a unique ability to help RCI and its applicants navigate a comprehensive, hands-on and seamless certification process.

RCI’s goal is to provide audited, validated and certified recycling rates for the C&D recycling community.
