Terry L. Weaver, president of USA Gypsum, has dedicated more than 30 years to the agricultural and construction sectors, with a significant focus on sustainable gypsum drywall recycling for the past two decades. Under his leadership, USA Gypsum has pioneered innovative solutions for reclaiming and repurposing gypsum, offering sustainable alternatives for agriculture and construction.

Following the acquisition of USA Gypsum by Beneficial Reuse Management LLC (BRM) in 2023, Terry continues to lead as division president. The strategic merger integrates recycled drywall into BRM’s portfolio of gypsum sources, enhancing the company’s commitment to sustainable practices and expanding the gypsum supply for multiple industries.

An advocate for environmentally responsible practices, Terry has been deeply involved in industry associations, serving as past president and chair of the Construction & Demolition Recycling Association’s Gypsum Recycling Committee. His expertise and leadership have significantly contributed to advancing sustainable recycling methods within the construction and demolition waste sector.
